Part three: So I'm Not Saying I'm King Arthur.

But.

everything from this point forward is extreme placeholder rambling, because I'm not gonna get this done before the 6th, but I can at least give the broadest outline, right

so the thing I wanna communicate in this part is, what's the difference here? why is my thing a lie, or a hoax, when there's all sorts of lies and untruths we don't have a problem with?

nobody bring it up challenge 2k21: I... don't want to connect this to the idea of "fake news" at all. It's about. Mythology. It's about legends. Why can't I be one?

another thought here that I actually haven't said out loud all year: part of the desire to insert myself into history in this way is that I'm queer, and that you tend not to see people like me in history. We get ignored, or erased, or explained away. It's always "just gals being pals," never "here's this person who by modern understanding is clearly queer."

So why not insert a person into history? Why not me?

(I'm also autistic, I have sensory issues, don't like crowds or attention, I'm a shy introvert, and here we are, with me having invented a way of making myself visible that more involves the idea of me, than my actual self. Genius.)
